- Country of Origin Passport (Biography Page).
- FCC &/or Country of origin Radio Amateur License.
- List of Communications Equipment likely to be imported into the country of Belize.
(Include serial numbers, model and manufacturer).
- Payments options of $20USD application fee:
- CASH payments made at the PUC office or online bank deposits to our Belize Bank account number 139093010120002– Public Utilities Commission (online deposits require proof of payment emailed to arobateau@puc.bz)
- Western Union /MONEYGRAM (request transfer instruction details from PUC)
The application for the Reciprocal Amateur License is to be submitted via the PUC Spectrum Center Online Platform. The License will be managed via the online platform.

For Amateur equipment that will be brought to Belize for your visit, you will require an Importation Permit.
This will be facilitated through the Importation Permit Process via the Online Spectrum Center Platform as well. The following guide will direct that process.
