- List of Communications Equipment likely to be imported into the country of Belize.
(Include serial numbers, model and manufacturer).
- Payments options of $20USD application fee:
- INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDER made Payable to the PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION – P.O. BOX 300 – BELIZE CITY, BELIZE C.A.
- CASH payments made at the PUC office or online bank deposits to our Belize Bank account number 139093010120001- Public Utilities Commission (online deposits require proof of payment emailed to arobateau@puc.bz)
- Western Union /MONEYGRAM (request transfer instruction details from PUC)
NOTE:
The above documents along with proof of payment can be sent via email to arobateau@puc.bz or sent via airmail to P.O. Box 300, Belize City, Belize. Upon receipt of the required information, your application will be processed and license forwarded to you via airmail. The license is valid until the 31st December of each year with the annual renewal fee being USD$15.00.
