The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) hereby serves notice that in accordance with the Water
Industry Act, No. 1 of 2001, Sections 15 and 19, the Commissiom intends to modify the license granted
by the PUC to the Belize Water Services Limited (BWS) on March 22, 2001.
In support of the Governments Policy and the Social Investment Funds programme in expanding potable
water, the PUC intends to amend the BWS License to include the following villages as part of the
Authorized Service areas:
