Extension of Consultation Period

  1. The Public Utility Commission (PUC) hereby serves Notice that the last date for the filing of comments from any person who may be interested or affected by the ‘Power Purchase and Procurement By-law” have been extended twelve (12) days to July 31, 2021.
  2. The extension is being granted to give Licensees and Interested Parties sufficient time to examine the proposed By-law and make inputs in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Electricity Act (1992).
